I am a retired police officer. I have had PTSD since retiring in 2005 and my disability is still denied by the Social Security Administration (SSA). I understand that officers who become disabled after retirement do not qualify for benefits under current law, but what about former officers with ptsd? Please let me know if you can help. Thank you very much!
What happens if your social security disability lawyer retires?
My friend has been waiting on his case to be decided for over two years now. He has gained medical back pain from an injury sustained while working as a police officer and he does not want to lose his home because of this. He was told by different people at SSA that he will get approved eventually and they need more time to process it all out, so we were just wondering how long it takes them to actually approve claims fully or anything like that…thanks!!
If i have bad credit can i still get social security disability attorneys on the phone?
