The Best Lawyers In Ventura County For Worker Comp Reopen Claim?

I am a long time employee of the state of California. I was injured on the job in 2008. My worker comp case was reopened in 2011 by Ventura County DWC and is now pending before the DWC Board for decision. The judge assigned to my case has informed me that they are not sure if my claim will be heard or not, but that it may happen sometime this month (April 2012). I have been out of work since May 2008 after suffering severe injuries at work with back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and severe headaches caused by whiplash from being thrown against a wall during an altercation between coworkers. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a worker’s comp case to get decided? If you would be willing to help answer this question I would greatly appreciate your input! Thank you
