Because these are real reviews, I’m not going to use any of their names. Instead, I think it adds to the “authenticity” of what you can do with some basic marketing skills.
The first email is from an attorney who has been practicing law for years and has experience with landlord-tenant cases (which might help you find something in your home). He says he doesn’t like doing legwork when he can hire someone else to write his own reviews on Yelp or Google (he also mentions Lawyers.com but leaves off the .com part).
