How do I file a complaint?
If you feel that The Legal Aid Foundation did not follow the Rules of Professional Conduct regarding fees or billing practices then please call our office at 210–224–4046 for your concerns to be addressed by an attorney who is licensed by the state bar association. If there was no fee agreement made prior to the filing of your case then our firm will request payment from each party after final resolution of your matter which could include financial recovery by way of offset against any future settlement proceeds.
