I have a debt collector for my cell phone. I bought a new phone and they said they didn’t have my information, so they couldn’t activate the new phone until the old one was paid off. They put me on their “do not call” list but it doesn’t stop them from calling me every two weeks to collect payment of $50 per month that Sprint owes me for services that were never rendered or performed. The only service rendered is by the company itself which has been most unhelpful in resolving this issue out of court as promised when we signed up with sprint back in late 2012. Can you please help us resolve this issue?
