I was seeking legal advice about a letter I received from EEOC. The letter told me that my company has not complied with the law and regulations governing affirmative action, equal employment opportunity (EEO) for minorities/women in the workplace under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by Executive Order 11246 (affirmative action) and implementing regulations at 29 CFR Part 1614.18 My question is therefore this: what are some “best lawyers” who can help me with this case?
