Thank you for your question. In my experience, there is no such thing as a “best lawyer” for disability work comp cases. If the same attorney handled both of your cases, that might be one factor to consider. However, I would not recommend hiring a different firm just because another had more success with other clients who have similar situations and/or claims. It’s also important to remember that even if an attorney has been successful in previous cases involving certain issues or types of claims, the outcome may still differ from case-to-case depending on the specific facts involved and many other factors including whether anything was done wrong by any party prior to filing suit (which could result in a claim being summarily dismissed without going forward). There are many great attorneys out there whose track record includes successful outcomes on various types of work comp claims but those successes were achieved through hard work and dedication rather than luck or happenstance — which can’t always be guaranteed when it comes time to sue over WCB benefits after all legal proceedings have concluded successfully/unsuccessfully! Good luck with finding an experienced attorney who will fight aggressively for you!
