Best Law Schools For Corporate Lawyers?

The U.S. News & World Report rankings are pretty reliable, but they don’t account for the top schools that teach corporate law because those schools don’t publish their own ratings. Instead, there is a service called “Law School Transparency” that publishes school-by-school data on tuition and student debt loads at different law schools. This ranking isn’t perfect but it’s a good starting point:

1) Yale University (New Haven, Conn.)

2) Harvard Law School (Cambridge, Mass.)

3) Stanford Law School (Palo Alto, Calif.)

4) Columbia University (New York City) — tied with Cornell Law School

5) New York University — tied with Chicago’s Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Berkeley’s Boalt Hall
