A: You can compare our fees online by accessing the attorney fee schedule, and then taking into consideration the additional expenses involved in your case. For example, if you need an expert witness to appear at trial, that will usually result in a higher cost than having someone testify on one of our many forms. You should also consider whether or not we have a free initial consultation so you can see what it would be like to work with us before making any decisions about hiring an attorney.
Q: What is your experience level? Can I trust you to represent me?
A: We all go through law school and we treat every client as though they are family; however, that does not mean that we cannot take on difficult cases or those cases which require more time and effort than others. Many people believe that because they do not receive personal injury claims within their first year of practice (or even after five years), there must be something wrong with them as attorneys; unfortunately this is rarely true since most lawyers go through several cycles of filing claims without enough money for legal fees until finally obtaining representation from an insurance company’s lawyer who agrees to take care of everything (including paying his/her clients’ bills). These situations do occur but typically these types of attorneys have been practicing for much longer – sometimes over ten years – before being able to obtain representation from a lawyer willing to take care of their clients’ needs.
