Best Briefcase Type For Lawyers?

I’m not sure if it’s tradition, but many lawyers I know carry briefcases. The type of briefcase that you’d find in law school (the three-ring binder style) is fine for most things, except when you need to pack a heavy load. Instead, pick a lightweight case with a laptop pocket on the inside—it’ll save your back and give you more room for stuff besides documents. If the briefcase doesn’t have one of these pockets, get something bigger anyway so that you can fit everything else in there too—you’re going to be taking this thing everywhere anyway, so why not make it as efficient as possible?
