Best Books For Trial Lawyers?

I have just finished reading the book “The Trial Lawyer’s Manual” by William H. Kaye, Jr., J.D., FPA. This is an excellent resource for lawyers on trial preparation and trial strategy. The author has a unique way of writing that makes you instantly feel as though you are on the witness stand being cross-examined by him! And he pulls no punches in his critiques of your case or testimony! I highly recommend this book to all trial attorneys who want to improve their skills before they take their cases to court (or even if they don’t). Also check out his recent publication, “Don’t Sweat It; Get Ready For Your Next Trial.”
