Best Advice For New Lawyers To Payoff Law School Loans?

This is not a joke. Harvard Law School grads ask each other this question, and they can find answers in the school’s student-run blog, The Student Lawyer. Now it is being turned into a book called “The Best Advice I Ever Got: A Great Teacher Knows When to Say Enough” by Scott Greenfield of New York City. He writes that law students should just tell their professors what they want to hear so that they will feel good about themselves when grading papers and getting hired for big money jobs after graduation—and make more money from student loans than from practicing law! It sounds like advice from an old women who needs her boyfriend to give her approval even though she knows he loves someone else or might be interested in another woman. In contrast, if you take legal education seriously, don’t fall for this kind of advice at all!
